The factory has a covered area with 20,000 square meters and more than 500 employees. Owned professional R&D team and introduced advanced high-precision processing & test equipment from Japan and Taiwan. Obtained international standard certification such as UL, ROHS, ISO14001. Furthermore, the factory also possessed first-class industrialization equipment and management process, and established a good qualified supplier system and quality guarantee system.

 

Develop middle & high-end product, FortuneStar continuously innovated around customer demand closely, combined product sales with early stage R&D, after sales and technical training, and provided customer with one-stop solution.

  • Production

In total area of 20,000 sq. m. we have R&D, Tooling, Wire Processing, Plastic Injection and Engineering Departments, as well as Testing Laboratory in our plants.

 

  • Plastic Injection

Our toolmakers can build molds for Plastic Injection. Plastic Injection is available with various materials such as PBT, Nylon, ABS and PC for different applications. It can provide insulators and plastic parts for our modular jacks and connectors, and inject the independent plastic parts for customer’s unique design and requirements.

 

  • Inspection

We utilize a full suite of industry-standard testing equipment to ensure durability, strength and reliability. Tests ensure that all aspects of product development are thoroughly analyzed. Our testing facilities allow us and our customers to validate the design and the feasibility of manufactured product prototype. Comprehensive-ness in process testing during the product development stage implies early detection of necessary engineering changes to meet customers’ reliability requirements.
